AS REQUIRED BY THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION (F.T.C.), THIS GENERAL PRICE LIST OF THE SERVICES AND MERCHANDISE IS PROVIDED FOR YOUR EASE IN UNDERSTANDING THE TOTAL COST OF A FUNERAL. IT IS YOUR RIGHT AND OUR DESIRE TO ASSIST YOU IN THIS PROCESS. SHOULD YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS CONCERNING ANY ASPECT OF OUR OFFERING, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO LET US KNOW.

The goods and services shown below are those that we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include the charge for the Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff. If legal or other requirements mean you must purchase any items you do not desire, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected. This list does not include prices for certain items you may ask us to purchase for you, such as airline charges, cemetery fees, certified copies of the death record, etc. The price for those cash advance items will be shown on your statement describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff – $2,775.00
Includes response to initial request, arrangement conference, funeral coordination, filing permits, obituary placement, and administrative overhead. Already included in charges for direct cremation, immediate burial, and forwarding/receiving remains.

Embalming – $925.00
Required only in certain arrangements, such as funerals with viewing.

Dressing and Casketing of Remains – $325.00

Shelter of Remains – $75.00/day

Special Care for Autopsied Remains – $150.00

Restoration following Tissue Harvest – $300.00

Body Donation – $1,550.00

Viewing or Visitation (2 hours) – $600.00
Includes set-up, floral display, and staff supervision (charge per day).
