Thomas Scott Townson

Thomas Scott Denault Townson, age 54 of Park River, ND passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at the First Care Health Center of Park River.

Scott Townson was born April 23, 1968 in Park River, ND, the son of the late Thomas Townson and Frances Erovick.  He grew up and attended schools in Park River.  He later received training as an automotive mechanic.  He returned to Park River where he worked several jobs, most recently for Dwight, Stephen and Christian Larson.

Scott was a hard working and very stubborn.  He enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, working on vehicles, and going camping at Matejcek Dam with his dogs.  He wanted to be outdoors whenever he could to reconnect with the earth and relieve all of his stresses.

He is survived by his daugthers Madison Denault and Brittany Denault, both of Park River, ND; girlfriend Jennifer, Park River, ND; as well as several siblings.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 30, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the Park River Federated Church.  Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service.
