Wayne A. Welsh

Wayne A. Welsh, age 61 of Grafton, ND passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, June 2, 2025 at his home in Grafton.

Wayne A. Welsh was born October 4, 1963 in Grafton, ND the son of the late Robert and Anna (Leblanc) Welsh. He graduated from Grafton High School and attended trade school in Anaconda, MT. Following his education he returned to Grafton where he worked for Jarl Pederson and Sons, painting. He later started his own painting company and was working until the time of his death.

Wayne is survived by his siblings: Sheila Hrabik, Grand Forks, ND; Warren (Dr. Cynthia) Welsh, Charleston, SC; Debbie (Bob) Livingood, Sandra Rose, Becky (Vern) Schnelbach and Tammy Fletus all of Grafton, ND; Connie (Stefan) Linstad, Park River, ND and Stacy (Roben) Trosen, Cavalier, ND. He is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews, 31 great nieces and nephews and one great great nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Jack, brother-in-laws: Wayne Hrabik, Keith Fletus and Greg Rose and nephew Christopher.

Graveside services will be: Saturday, June 7, 2025 at 10:00 AM at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery, Grafton, ND.
