Tawny Marie Heck

Tawny Marie Heck, age 27 of Grand Forks, ND passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2016.

Tawny Marie Heck was born November 1, 1988 to Carla Heck and Steve Jerome on November 1, 1988 in Cavalier, ND. She attended elementary school in Fargo, ND and High School in Grafton, ND. She attended Northland Technical College in East Grand Forks, MN where she was on the Dean’s List. Tawny worked in housekeeping and as a receptionist at the American Inn and Super 8 in Fargo and Grafton.

Tawny enjoyed spending time with her family, hunting, fishing and camping. She had the biggest smile and always had big hugs and kisses for her family. Her joys in life were her two children: Ryley Joe and Mahleah Mae Jeannine.

Tawny is survived by her children: Ryley and Mahleah, Grafton, ND; her parents: Carla Heck (Bart), Minto, ND; Steve Jerome, Huron, SD; brothers: Shadow Heck and Tracir Heck-Jerome, both of Huron, SD; grandparents: Duane Heck, Langdon, ND; Sandy (Darrin) Story, Huron, SD; Lyle (Georgian) Jerome, Jamestown, ND. Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Lois Heck and cousin, Carri Jo Heck.

Memorial services will be Thursday, October 20, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at the Tollefson Funeral Home, Grafton, ND. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Inurnment will be at Zion Cemetery, rural Osnabrock, ND.
