Sondra A Larson

Sondra A. Larson, age 66 of Reynolds, ND and formerly of Jamestown, ND passed away on Wednesday March 29, 2017 at her daughters home in Reynolds.

Sondra A. Larson was born October 1, 1950 in Grafton, ND the daughter of the late Francis and Helen (Boulduc) Larson. She grew up and attended schools in St. Thomas, ND, graduating from St. Thomas High School in 1968. She attended the North Dakota State School of Science in Wahpeton, graduating with her LPN. She worked in several nursing homes throughout the state. Sondra married Doug Bruner on April 25, 1979 in Jamestown. She made her home there and later attended Jamestown College and graduated with her R.N. Degree in 1997. She worked as a R.N in area nursing homes until 2010 when her health forced her to retire.

Sondra is survived by her children: Lynn (Ryan) Ova, Reynolds, ND; Ryan Bruner, Fargo, ND; Kristy Bruner and fiancé Andrew Rott, Glyndon, MN; three grandchildren: Olivia, Allison and Emma Ova; her siblings: Duane Larson, Breckenridge, MN; Marlys (Ron) Ludlow, San Carlos, CA; Debra Larson, Sacramento, CA; Richard Larson, Moorhead, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church of Grafton. Visitation will be Saturday for one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery in St. Thomas, ND in the spring.
