Scott A. Machart

Scott A Machart, age 52 of Grand Forks, ND and formerly of Grafton, ND passed away on Monday, October 31, 2016 at Altru Hospital of Grand Forks.

Scott A. Machart was born April 21, 1964 in Grafton, ND the son of Earl and Betty (LeQuire) Machart. He grew up and attended school in Grafton, graduating from Grafton High School. He worked at the Grafton Developmental Center for a time. He attended technical school in White Bear Lake, MN and received a degree in Orthotic’s and Prosthetic’s. He lived in Florida, New York, Kansas,Texas and for the last two years in Grand Forks, ND.

He is survived by his mother, Betty Machart, Grafton, ND; siblings: Gail (Jon) Lasham, Gillette, WY; Deborah (Herb) Winzer, Veseleyville, ND; Kevin (Bea) Machart, Grafton, ND; Nicole (Rick) Reuwsaat, Sioux Falls, SD. Several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. He was preceded in death by his father.

Memorial services will be Friday, November 4, 2016 at 10:30 A.M. at St. John’s Catholic Church of Grafton. Visitation will be Friday for one hour prior to the service. Inurnment will be at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery.
