Rita Kaye Dvorak

Rita K. Dvorak, age 58, of Grand Forks, ND passed away Monday, April 15, 2013 at her home in Grand Forks. Rita Kaye Mattson was born July 15, 1954 in Grafton, ND, the daughter of the late Arlen "Buck" and Joyce (Larson) Mattson. She was reared and educated in Grafton. She began working various jobs in Grafton and the surrounding areas. She was united in marriage to Marvin Dvorak on March 17, 1972. In 1993 she moved to Manvel and the Grand Forks area. She continued to make her home in Grand Forks until the time of her death. She enjoyed bowling, camping and fishing. She was a member of the Grafton Lutheran Church. Rita is survived by her children: Renae (Randy) McMartin, St. Thomas, ND; Lorie (Tony) Burns, Madison, WI; Jeremy (Megan) Dvorak, Grafton, ND; eight grandchildren; special friend John Shanilec; brothers: Tim (Patty) Mattson, Menoken, ND; Dennis Mattson, Grafton, ND; Terry (Judy) Mattson, St. Thomas, ND; Pat Mattson, Forest River, ND; sisters: Gail (Tim) Belland, Dickinson, ND; Susan (Steve) Schiebe, Grafton, ND. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Wayne. Memorial services will be Friday, April 19, 2013 at 2:30 P.M. at the Grafton Lutheran Church. Friends may call at the church for one hour prior to the service. Inurnment will be at the Landstad Cemetery, Auburn, ND.
