Patsy H. Hartje

Patsy H. Hartje, age 63 of Montgomery, MN and formerly of Grafton, ND passed away on Friday, May 21, 2010 at the Central Nursing Home of LeCenter, MN. Patsy H. Sandvig was born July 13, 1946 in Grafton, ND the daughter of the late Eldridge and Helen (Babinski) Sandvig. She grew up and attended schools in Grafton. Following her education she worked at Kimball's and Bordens in Grafton and later worked for Associated Potato for over 30 years. She moved to Montgomery, MN and married Dale Hartje on April 28, 1991. She worked at Rightway Incorporated in Lakeville, MN for the last 18 years. Patsy is survived by her husband Dale of Montgomery, MN; her children: Dennis Koepke, Port Lavaca, TX; Duane (Paula) Koepke, Grand Forks, ND; Jerry (Nannette) Severson, Milnor, ND; step-children: Jane (Harold) Johnson, Montgomery, MN; D.J. (Diane) Hartje, Montgomery, MN; Kristi (David) Schwab, Henderson, NV; 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, sisters: Violet (Carroll) Nelson, Shirley Johnson and Darla Schultz all of Grafton. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers: Gilbert H., Herbert, Eldridge JR "Sonny", Gilbert A. "Poncho" and two sisters: Bonnie Sandvig and Arliss Nord. Funeral services will be Thursday, May 27, 2010 at 10:30 A.M. at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church of Grafton. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-7 PM at the Tollefson Funeral Home of Grafton, ND and Thursday for one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at St. John's Catholic Cemetery of Grafton, ND.
