Lori Dawn Kaml

Lori (Kaml) Aaser, age 48 of Grafton, ND passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2018 at the Sanford Hospital of Fargo after a courageous battle with cancer.

Lori Aaser was born December 27, 1969 in Devils Lake, ND, the daughter of Paul and Coleen (Sigette) Aaser. She grew up and attended school in Devils Lake, graduating from Devils Lake High School in 1988. She then attended Lake Region State College where she earned a degree in Business, the University of Mary in Bismarck where she earned her degree in Hospital Administration and then AVTI in East Grand Forks where she earned her degree in Radiology Tech. She began working at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks until 2002 when she moved to Grafton and began working at the Unity Medical Center. She was married in 1998 and was blessed with three children.

She was a member of the Valley Ambulance of Grafton. She enjoyed spending time at the lake in the summer and being around people.

Lori is survived by her children: Caitlyn, Caleigh, and Austin Kaml, all of Grafton, parents Paul and Coleen Aaser, McVille, ND, brother Randy Aaser, Perley, MN, as well as numerous aunt, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

Funeral services will be Friday, January 26, 2018 at 10:30 A.M. at the Grafton Lutheran Church of Grafton. Visitation will be Thursday from 5-7 with a prayer service at 7:00 P.M. at the church. Friends may also call at the church for one hour prior to the service. Inurnment will be at the Center Cemetery of rural McVille, ND.
