Linda J Nelson

Linda J. Nelson, age 66 of Grafton, ND, passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at the Park River Good Samaritan Center.

Linda Nelson was born September 27, 1952 in Grafton, ND, the daughter of the late George and Ruth (Landowski) Nelson. She grew up and attended school near Grafton, graduating from Grafton High School. She worked as a cook at the Grafton State School for over 25 years. She moved into the Park River Good Samaritan Center in 2013.

Linda was a member of the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church of Grafton. She enjoyed cooking, country music, gardening, making lefse and traveling.

She is survived by her siblings: Charlotte Johnson, Adams, ND, George (Charla) Nelson, Grafton, ND and Lori (Kevin) Suda, Mandan, ND as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Paul, sister Carol Sagan and niece Larissa Nelson.

Memorial services will be Tuesday, September 17. 2019 at 10:30 A.M. at the Tollefson Funeral Home of Grafton. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Inurnment will be at the St. John’s Catholic Cemetery of Grafton.
