Leanilla Jeanne Ellingson

Leanilla "Jeanne" Ellingson, age 76 of Adams, ND passed away on Monday, March 31, 2014 at First Care Health Center of Park River. Leanilla "Jeanne" Ellingson was born February 17, 1938 to the late John and Julia (Griffin) Johnson in Hermantown, MN. She graduated from High School there. Jeanne was currently making her home in Adams. She spent several summers as the caretaker for the Adams City Park. Jeanne is survived by her children: Robert (Taunya) Moore, Grafton, ND and Julie Ann Moore of Minneapolis, MN; eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands: Robert Moore, Richard Dowling and Ronald Ellingson, her daughter, Sheri Gilbertson and siblings: Joyce Fryberg, Bruce Johnson, Shirle Anderson, Randall Johnson and James Johnson. Memorial services will be Friday, April 11, 2014 at 3:00 PM at the Tollefson Funeral Home of Park River, ND. Visitation will be Friday for one hour prior to the service.
