Lawrence Credit

Lawrence Credit age 68 of Tulsa, OK passed away on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at his home in Tulsa.   Lawrence Credit was born March 14, 1947 in Ayer, MA the son of Alfred and Rosanna (Hachey) Credit. He grew up and attended school there, graduating from Ayer High School in 1965. Following his education he enlisted in the United States Air Force. He served in Okinawa, Germany and Korea. Following his discharge in 1973 he returned to Massachusetts and started his company, Advance Display Systems. He later moved to California where he did some stand-up comedy. He moved to Tulsa, OK where he resided until his death.   Lawrence was an avid golfer. He enjoyed spending time with his family and made trips up here often to see his mother, sisters and nephews.   Lawrence is survived by his mother, Rosanna Credit, Grafton, ND; sister, Janice (Ron) Houska, Grafton, ND; nephews: Todd and Clint Potulny and Matthew Houska, great niece, Ashley Potulny and great nephews: Austin, Tanner and Tyler Potulny. He was preceded in death by his father Alfred and maternal and paternal grandparents.   Memorial services will be Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the Lutheran Sunset Home Chapel, Grafton, ND. Visitation will be Saturday for one hour prior to the service. Military rites will be provided by the Grafton American Legion Post and the North Dakota National Guard Honor Guard.
