Kempis Fisher

Kemp Fisher, age 77 of Portland, OR, formerly of Grafton, ND, passed away Friday, July 31, 2015 at the Providence Portland Hospital. Kemp Fisher was born on March 15, 1938 in Grafton, the son of the late Herman and Mary (Kennelly) Fisher. Kemp moved to California in the 60's and worked as produce manager in the grocery business before moving to Portland, OR in 1970 where he worked in the restaurant industry. Kemp is survived by his last surviving sibling, brother, Gary (Rosemary) Fisher, Grafton, ND; sister-in-law, Donna (Allen) Fisher, Grafton, ND; brother-in-law, Bill (Marilyn) Brooks, San Jose, CA; and 10 nieces and nephews that he was always asking about and loved hearing from. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers: Harold, Norman, Allen; sister, Marilyn Brooks and nephew, Todd Fisher. Private services will be held at a later date. Inurnment will be at the St. John's Catholic Cemetery, Grafton, ND.
