Judith Johnson

Judith Moe was born on the family farm in Norton Township, Walsh County, ND on December 22, 1939, the second daughter of the late Emil and Selma (Hogfoss) Moe.

Judy is survived by her daughter Gayle and sons: Greg and Guy (Jen), and grandson Levi.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Donald, sister Shirley, sons: Gary and Glenn, and son-in-law Michael.

Moving to Brainerd in 1962, she was active in golf league, bowling league, and bridge club. Starting in 1998, she spent winters in Winter Haven, FL before living there full time in 2012. She achieved every golfer’s dream of hitting a hole in one on 01-15-2008. She was also the club Champion at Cyprus Wood Country Club.

Judy will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Memorial services will be on Friday, August 14, 2026 at 11:00 at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church of Park River. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at Hoff Lutheran Church Cemetery, rural Lankin, North Dakota.
