Jeffery Lynn Loterbaugh

Jeffery L. Loterbaugh, age 63 of Grafton, ND passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at the V.A. Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN.

Jeffery Lynn Loterbaugh was born January 26, 1953 in Roseville, OH the son of the late Forest Loterbaugh and Lorena (Naragon) Farley. He grew up and attended school there. He was a Sergeant in the United States Army and was stationed at Colorado, Germany and Oklahoma before moving to Grafton in 1983. Jeffery was united in marriage to Barbara Mattson on March 25, 1975.  He worked at Alchem, LTD as a boiler operator for many years until the plant closed.

Jeffery enjoyed fishing, golfing, and was an expert pool player. He will be remembered for his kind heart, sense of humor and smile. He had a deep love for his children, grandchildren and friends. He will be deeply missed by his loved ones and friends.

He is survived by his children: Kristi (Don) Carlson, New London, MN; Kelli Loterbaugh (Sergio Robles) Fargo, ND; Justin Loterbaugh (Trisha Shambaugh), Grand Forks, ND; and Maia (Kevin) Stafford, Grand Forks, ND; seven grandchildren: Cutler, Janitza, Hayden, Isabella, Ian, Ava and Eli and his former wife, Barbara Loterbaugh, Grafton, ND. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother James.

Memorial services will be Friday, August 5, 2016 at 2:00 PM at the Tollefson Funeral Home of Grafton. Visitation will be Friday for one hour prior to the service. Military rites will be provided by the Grafton American Legion and the North Dakota National Guard.

Inurnment will be at Landstad Cemetery, Auburn, North Dakota
