Janice Corinne Wagner

Janice C. Wagner, age 74 of Grafton, ND passed away Sunday, November 24, 2019 at Unity Medical Center of Grafton.

Janice Corinne Wagner was born January 28, 1945, in Grafton, North Dakota, the daughter of the late Edward and Mary (Rouch) Wagner. She was raised and attended school in St. Thomas, ND.  Janice married Larry Coffman in 1969 in California. They had three children together, Jeri, Dawnielle, and Jonathon.  She worked for Bell Telephone Company for 28 years.  She then worked at Lutheran Sunset Home for 15 years as a CNA. Janice loved to read, do crossword puzzles and was a dedicated mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her children: Mason (Ann) Eckley, Marion, IA; Jeri Ernest, Grafton, ND; Dawnielle Coffman (Charlie Matcha), Grafton, ND; Jonathan Coffman (Kayla Lunski), Grafton, ND; grandchildren: Aaron, Gavin, Kiah, and Taylin; siblings: Jackie (Rey) Zimney, Pierz, MN; Clayton (Val) Wagner, Bloomington, MN; Terry Wagner, MS; brother-in-law: Aaron Butler, Leo, IN; several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.  Janice was preceded in death by her parents and siblings: Gerald Wagner, Karon Butler, and Curtis Wagner.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 29, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at the Grafton Lutheran Church of Grafton, ND.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.  Interment will be at the St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery of rural St. Thomas.
