James K. Nomeland

James K. Nomeland age 60 of Grafton, ND passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at the Unity Hospital of Grafton. James Kermit Nomeland was born October 20, 1951 to Orville and Walberga "Wally" (Davison) Nomeland. He graduated from Grafton High School in 1969. He worked as a machinist for A& H Implement for 13 years and for 22 years at Harriston Industries in Minto until his health forced him to retire. James was united in marriage to Kathy Phelps Grabowski on April 12, 1997. The couple made their home in Grafton. He is survived by his wife Kathy of Grafton, step-daughter Ashley, Grafton, ND; his mother Wally Nomeland, Grafton, ND; brother Ron Nomeland, Fargo, ND and one niece and one nephew. He was preceded in death by his father Orville. Funeral services will be Monday, November 28, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. at Grafton Lutheran Church. Visitation will be Sunday from 3-5 PM with a prayer service at 5:00 PM at Tollefson Funeral Home of Grafton. Friends may also call at the church on Monday for one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at the Grafton Lutheran Cemetery.
