Harold N. Johnston, age 77 of Park River, ND, passed away on Friday, June 29, 2018 at his home in Park River.
Harold was born January 21, 1941, the son of the late Elmer B. and Bernice (Jenson) Johnston. He received a degree in mechanics from NDSCS in Wahpeton. He worked as a mechanic in Park River until he retired. He enjoyed fishing and working on cars.
Harold is survived by his daughters: Shealia Raught and Rebecca Swenson, seven grandsons, two great granddaughters, 3 great grandsons and brothers: Lloyd and Dale Johnston. He was also a “good grandpa” to many. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister.
A celebration of his life will be held at 2:00 P.M. at the City Auditors Office in Park River on Thursday, July 5, 2018.
