Harlan Midboe

Harlan Midboe, age 89 of Park River, passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2013 at the Park River Good Samaritan Center where he had lived for 3 years. Harlan was born June 29, 1923, the son of the late Theodore H. Midboe and Agnes (Johnson) Midboe. He received his education in Hoople and graduated from Hoople High School. Harlan served his country in the military during the Korean War. Following his discharge he returned to Hoople and began farming. He is survived by his sisters: Eleanor (Lloyd) Wallin, Deer Lodge, MT and Beverly (Rod Grubb) Minneapolis, MN, three nephews and a niece. He was preceded in death by his parents. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date with his dearly loved family and friends. Inurnment will be at Hoople City Cemetery.
