Gus Junior Kvalevog

Gus J. Kvalevog, age 77 of Grafton, ND passed away on Friday, October 12, 2012 at Health Services Center at the Grafton Developmental Center. Gus Junior Kvalevog was born July 7, 1935 in Devils Lake, the son of Gustav and Lillian (Johson) Kvalevog. Gus moved to the Developmental Center in 1937 and resided there until the time of his death, except for a short move to San Haven State Hospital in 1981-82. Gus was enjoying his retirement attending the REC/Leisure program at the Center with his friends and suitemates. He enjoyed attending Church Services and Bible Studies, going on walks outside and listening to gospel music. Gus will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all of his friends and care givers. He is survived by his cousins: Kelly (Kvalevog) Arganbright, Kentwood, MI and Kevin Kvalevog, Devils Lake, ND. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and two brothers. Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at 1:45 PM at the All Faith's Chapel. Visitation will be Wednesday for one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at the Grafton City Cemetery.
