Glenn D Johnson

Glenn D. Johnson, age 59 of Adams, ND, passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at the First Care Health Center of Park River, ND.

Glenn D. Johnson was born February 10, 1957 in Grafton, ND, the son of Judy (Moe) and the late Donald Johnson. He grew up and attended school in Brainerd, MN where he graduating from Brainerd High School. Following his education, he worked for Northland Communications, Spalj Construction, started his own business, Shorty’s Splicing, and most recently was working for National Conductor where he worked until his health forced him to stop in March of 2016.

He was a member of Duck’s Unlimited and was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Glenn is survived by his mother, Judy Johnson, Winter Haven, FL, sister Gayle Johnson, Winter Haven, FL, brothers: Greg Johnson, Bullhead City, AZ and Guy Johnson, Brainerd, MN, as well as a nephew Levi. He was preceded in death by his father Donald and brother Gary.

A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at the Trinity Lutheran Church of Brainerd, MN. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the church. A Memorial service will also be held on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at the Quale Lutheran Church of Fordville, ND. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the church.
