Gilman C. Kittelson

Gilman C. Kittelson, age 80 of Park River, ND passed away on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at the Altru Hospital of Grand Forks. Gilman C. Kittelson was born July 25, 1932 near Park River, ND the son of the late Kittel and Millie (Peterson) Kittelson. He attended rural school in Dundee Township. Following his education he farmed near Park River and later worked for Jay Cudmore. He retired in the fall of 2012. Gilman was a member of Park Center Lutheran Church, rural Hoople, ND. He loved to play the accordion and played with several bands in the area. He enjoyed working in his yard and was very fond of his dog Gizmo. Gilman is survived by his sister Adeline Denault of Park River, ND and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters: Melvina Monson and Lila Olson and nephew Allen Denault. Memorial services will be Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the Tollefson Funeral Home of Park River. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service.
