Evelyn T. Feltman

Evelyn Feltman, 88, of Grafton, ND, completed her earthly journey and God called her home on May 21, 2022.

Evelyn was born to Louis and Elizabeth Kuznia on January 5, 1934.  She graduated from Argyle High School and married Wallace J. Feltman on October 13, 1953 in Alma, Minnesota.  They raised four children: Marlin, Diane, Cheryl and Greg.  While the children were young, Evelyn was a homemaker, participated in farm operations, master gardener, worked at the Grafton Migrant School for 20 years, retired from Super One Foods in Grand Forks in 2005 and actively volunteered in St. Stanislaus Altar Society, church choir and published the church weekly bulletins.

Her greatest joys were her loving husband, Wallace and children and their families:  Marlin (Betty) Feltman, Grand Forks, ND; Diane (Bill) Christensen, Scottsdale, AZ; Cheryl (Curt) Stock, Fargo, ND; Greg (Rondee) Feltman, Grafton, ND; and her beloved grandchildren:  Ryan, Heidi, Andrea, Chad, Reed, Alexandria, Brooke and Beau, and nine great grandchildren.

Her family remembers her as a truly devoted mother and grandmother who never forgot a special occasion, was kind and nurturing, had dedicated faith in God and was humble to a fault.  Her loss leaves a space that can never be filled, but her legacy of kindness lives on in us all.

Evelyn is also survived by one sister, Theresa Nelson, Argyle, MN and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Elizabeth, brother Raymond, sister Marie Kozel and grandson Michael Christensen.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, May 27, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at the St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, Warsaw, ND.  Visitation will be Friday from 9:00 – 11:00 A.M. at the church.  Interment will be at the St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery, Warsaw, ND.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the St. Stanislaus Altar Society.
