Edward E. Soutor

Edward Soutor, 93, former resident of Minto, ND died on Sunday May 8 at Saint Therese Care Center in Minneapolis after a brief illness. Edward Soutor was born March 8, 1918 at the family farm near Voss, ND, the son of Frank and Anna (Kasal) Soutor. He attended school in Forest River, worked in California and served in the Air Force in England. He married Julene (Rogalla) on January 8, 1946. He farmed in the Voss area. Julene passed away on September 8, 1994 and Edward moved to Minto. In 2001 he moved to the St Therese Senior Apartments in Minneapolis, MN where he continued to reside until shortly before his death He is survived by his daughters, Carol Soutor and Ruth Albrecht, son Larry Soutor and grandson J. Cody Soutor, sister-in-law Loretta Musil and nephews Duane and Richard Soutor. He was preceded in death by his wife, Julene, son Raymond, brother Frank and sisters Lillian and Eva.
