Connie L. Littlejohn, age 62 of St. Thomas, ND passed away on Monday, March 24, 2014 at Altru Hospital of Grand Forks. Connie L. Muth was born December 16, 1951 in Grafton, ND the daughter of Edward and Martha (Stegman) Muth. She grew up and attended school in Cavalier and graduated from Cavalier High School. Connie was united in marriage to Russell Littlejohn on November 29, 1969 in Cavalier. The couple made their home in St. Thomas where Connie worked for the St. Thomas, Café, the St. Thomas American Legion, St. Thomas Lumber Yard, St. Thomas Potato Company and Kennelly Company. For the last 15 years of her employment she worked as a Teacher's aide until her health forced her to retire. She was a member of the St. Thomas United Methodist Church and WMF, and the St. Thomas Music Boosters. Connie loved spending time with her family camping and having cookouts. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and her beloved dogs. Connie is survived by her husband, Russell Littlejohn of St. Thomas, ND; her children: Christopher (Vicki) Littlejohn, Drayton, ND; Holly (Mark) Hannesson, Grafton, ND; Carrie (Jason) Lizakowski, Grafton, ND; Jeremy Littlejohn (Kyrstine Pettis), Drayton, ND; nine grandchildren, one great grandchild, her mother, Martha Muth, Cavalier, ND; siblings: Elmer (Vicky) Muth and Ron (Nita) Muth, both of Arizona, Helen (Lindy) Johnson, Langdon, ND; Gladys Hillman, Cavalier, ND; Karen (Marvin) Bohn, Mountain, ND; twin sisters: Kelley (Daryl) Thompson, Cavalier, ND and Shelley (Patrick) Mack, Jamestown, ND. Several nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by her father. Memorial services will be Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at 2:30 PM at the Grafton Federated Church, Grafton, ND. Visitation will be Sunday from 3-5 PM with a prayer service at 5:00 PM at the Tollefson Funeral Home of Grafton. Friends may also call at the church on Wednesday for one hour prior to the service.
