Connie Rae Jensen

Connie R. Jensen, age 74 of Grafton and formerly Park River, ND, passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Altru Hospital of Grand Forks.

Connie Rae Jacobson was born February 26, 1950 to Rose Jacobson in Kathryn, North Dakota.  She was raised and attended school in Kathryn. After her education, she relocated to the Ortonville/Odessa, MN area.  She welcomed her son Jesse and daughter Becky.  In the late 1980’s she moved to Mountain, ND and worked for the Borg Pioneer Home.

On June 2, 1989 she married Dale Jensen and then made their home in Park River, ND until Dale passed away in 2019.  Connie continued living in Park River at the Good Samaritan Center until a recent move to the Larimore Good Samaritan.   Connie loved horses and spent many years, riding, racing, and trotting.  She loved living in the county and she and Dale could often be found driving a gravel road listening to the sounds of the North Dakota plains.

Connie is survived by her children: Jesse Redepenning, Grafton, ND and Becky Gloege (Tom Kindt), Ortonville, MN; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and her brother Ronnie Jacobson, Bismark, ND.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three brothers, and one sister.

Memorial services will be on Monday, December 2, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the Tollefson Funeral Home of Grafton.
