Clark R. Mckinnon

Clark R. McKinnon, age 77 of Grafton, ND passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023 at Unity Medical Center of Grafton.

Clark Roger McKinnon was born September 18, 1946 in Grand Forks, ND the son of the late Robert and Julette (Jacobson) McKinnon.  He moved to the Life Skills and Transition Center in Grafton in 1954 and in March to a home with REM – North Dakota.

He will be remembered for his gentle spirit, his warm smile and as someone who loved community activities in Grafton.  He loved music, his visits to the Circle of Friends animal shelter, and his wonderful Life Skills and Transition team and the staff at REM who cared for him.

Clark will be dearly missed by his sister Roberta (Joseph F.) Zahradka, Grand Forks, ND; his niece Tawnya (Paul) Peterson, Forest Lake, MN; nephew Travis Zahradka, Grand Forks; and great nieces Madisyn and Haley and great nephew Tyler.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Julette.

Memorial Services will be on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 10:30 am at the All Faith’s Chapel of Grafton.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.  Inurnment will be at the All Faith’s Cemetery of Grafton.
