Beverly Louis Kargel

Beverly Louis Kargel (Markholt) entered the gates of heaven on August 9, 2021 at 85 years old in Stillwater, OK.  She was born August 21, 1935 in Park River, ND to Ole and Clara Markholt.  After graduating from Hoople, ND high school she married Robert E. Kargel on December 12, 1958.  She spent most of her adult life in Stillwater, OK, and worked in the Stillwater Public School system, doing jobs that she liked with people that she loved. Beverly was active in the local Catholic Church where she found many great friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother John Markholt of Seattle, WA.

Robert and Beverly had one son, Mark Kargel (Asha), and two grandchildren, Abigail H. Kargel and Nichole Baker.
Beverly will be missed as a parent, grandparent and friend.

Memorial services were held Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at the Tollefson Funeral Home of Park River, ND.  Inurnment was at Crystal City Cemetery, Crystal, ND.
