Berniece W. Krohn

Berniece W. Krohn, age 92 of Osnabrock, ND passed away Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at the Heartland Care Center of Devils Lake, ND. Berniece W. Fuller was born November 8, 1917 in Wahpeton, ND the daughter of the late Homer and Emma (Hammerstad) Fuller. She graduated from Edinburg High School. Berniece was united in marriage to Anthony Krohn in Crookston, MN. The couple farmed near Osnabrock. They later owned and operated Krohn's grocery store and Beez Café. She also decorated cakes and cooked at the school and Good Samaritan Center in Osnabrock. In February of 2006 she moved to Heartland Care Center in Devils Lake. Anthony passed away July 10, 2009. Berniece was a member of the Dovre Lutheran Church and WELCA, and the American Legion Auxiliary. Berniece is survived by her children: Linda (Harold) Petterson, Allan Krohn and Judy Krohn, Terry (Mary) Krohn, nine grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, siblings: Faye Maier and Dallas (Judy) Fuller, brother-in-law Victor (Alice) Krohn, sister-in-law Vivian Lane and six nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and brother Iren.
