Beatrice Kosmatka, age 95 of Fort Collins, CO and formerly of Warsaw passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2013 in Fort Collins. Beatrice Dauksavage was born November 1, 1917 to Joseph and Agnes (Langowski) Dauksavage. She grew up and attended school near Warsaw. She was united in marriage to Walter Kosmatka on October 21, 1937 in Warsaw. The couple lived and farmed near Warsaw. She was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church and Altar Society. She was an active member of the PNA and enjoyed playing cards, baking and gardening. Beatrice is survived by her children: Doris Driscoll, East Grand Forks, MN; Arlene (Mike) Deitz, Fort Collins, CO, Ernest (Lucille) Kosmatka, California, daughter-in-law; Betty Kosmatka, Grand Forks, ND; eight grandchildren: Alexander, Samuel and Julia Deitz, Kim, Brian and Craig Kosmatka and Joy and Kay Driscoll and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two sons: Arnold and Adrian and son-in-law, Bill Driscoll. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, August 29, 2013 at 10;30 a.m. at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church of Warsaw. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-7 PM at the Tollefson funeral Home of Grafton with a rosary service at 7:00 PM. Friends may also call at the church on Thursday for one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery, Warsaw ND.
