Amanda Jo Latraille

Amanda J. Latraille, age 39 of Grafton, ND passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at First Care Health Center of Park River surrounded by her family, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Amanda Jo was born on February 4, 1983 to Robert Latraille and Jeanette (Anderson) Gehlhoff in Grafton, North Dakota.  Amanda attended Grafton Public Schools.  After completing her education, she began working for REM, Inc. as a direct service professional and program manager.   She and her sister worked many potato harvests together at MTI through the years.   Amanda was the proud mother of four wonderful children: Brandon, Hailey, Robert, and Xavier.

Amanda was a member of the Assembly of God Church of Grafton.  She loved to camp and fish, enjoyed shopping with her sisters, and was always taking pictures.  Amanda loved spending time with her family and held dear the memories she made with them.  One of her greatest joy’s in life was her grandchildren, with whom she cherished every moment.

Amanda will be dearly missed by her children: Brandon (Stephanie) Latraille, Hailey Rodriguez, Robert Rodriguez, and Xavier Rodriguez; her life partner: Francisco Navarro; her grandchildren: Isaiah and Faith Latraille; her parents: Robert Latraille and Jeanette (Dan) Gehlhoff; her siblings: Ranae (Gene) Loftsgard, Tracy Latraille, and Zachary (Rebecca) Latraille; her grandmother Ramona Latraille; her step-children: Francisco, Corrine, Michelle, and Yulissa Navarro; close family friend, Savino Fabela; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and step siblings.   She is preceded in death by her grandparents: James Latraille and Steve and Ellen Anderson; her sister Jennifer; and step mother Tina Latraille.

Funeral services will be on Friday, September 16, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at the Assembly of God Church of Grafton.  Visitation will be from 9:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. prior to the service.  Interment will be at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Cemetery of Grafton.
