Adrain Denault Adrain J. Denault, age 66 of Park River, ND passed away on Friday, February 15, 2008 at the Good Samaritan Center of Osnabrock, ND. Adrain J. Denault was born June 9, 1941 in Walhalla, ND the son of the late Joseph and Florence (Lajimoidinere) Denault. He attended schools in Osnabrock, ND. Following his education he worked on area farms, in the coal mines and in the oil fields. Adrain married Joann Loughead on January 21, 1962 in Helena, MT. The couple lived in Minto, ND until 1966 when they moved to Park River. He worked as a mechanic for Bateman Motors. He later worked as an iron worker and traveled around the area working construction. He later started A&R Repair in Park River.  He returned to iron working and worked construction until his health forced him to retire in 1996. Joann died on Jan. 22, 2002. Adrain was engaged to Karey Amundrud in December of 2005. He was a member of the Iron Workers Union. He is survived by his fiance’ Karey Amundrud, Park River, ND; his children: Brenda (Chris) Cox, Fallbrook, CA; Tracy Denault, Emerado, ND; Penny (Chris) Bata, Adams, ND; one grandchild Kristi (John) Schuler, one great grandchild, Kaitlynn Schuler; sisters: Dora Johnson, Ellen Burke, Theresa Brown and Odel Grimm all of Langdon, ND; Rosie Denault, Osnabrock, ND; Nora Acken, Mohall, ND; Ava (Gene) Hiltner, Drayton, ND; brother Wesley (Linda) Denault, Walhalla, ND. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and siblings: Olivine Mikkelson, John Denault, Claire Denault, Joe Denault and Geraldine Ridley. Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at 10:30 A.M. at the Federated Church in Park River, ND. Visitation will be Monday from 5-7 PM at the Tollefson Funeral Home in Park River. Friends may also call at the church on Tuesday for one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at the Memorial Park Cemetery, Park River, ND. The Tollefson Funeral Home of Park River is in charge of the arrangements. Guest Book
