Wayne Allen Basher

Wayne Allen Basher, age 37 of Grafton, ND passed away on Thursday, May 24, 2012 near Grafton. Wayne Allen Basher was born January 31, 1975 in Grafton, ND the son of Cheryl Basher and Manuel A. Ramirez. He attended schools in Grafton and graduated from high school in Bay City, MI. He worked in Michigan for a time before returning to Grafton. Here he worked construction, at Marvin Windows, the Grafton Developmental Center and was currently working as a section engineer for Dakota Northern Railroad. He was united in marriage to Melissa Lillico on Aug. 31, 2002 in Grafton. Wayne is survived by his wife Melissa, daughter Christiana Oliveraz, Grafton, ND; his mother Cheryl (William) Green, Grafton, ND; brother Jamie Guerrero, Fargo, ND, maternal grandfather, Ken Basher,Grafton, ND. Several aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces also survive. He was preceded in death by his father, maternal grandmother, maternal great grandparents and cousin, Michael. Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at Grafton Lutheran Church. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5-7 with a prayer service at 7:00 PM at the Tollefson Funeral Home of Grafton. Friends may also call at the church on Wednesday for one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at the Grafton Lutheran Cemetery.
